Service Overview
The Engineering Department is the technical core of Ultravioleta Solar. Our engineers prepare technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Low Voltage Electrical Regulation (REBT, Royal Decree 842/2002), the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE-DB HE), and the sector-specific regulations applicable to each type of installation.
What We Do
Photovoltaic Installation Projects
End-to-end design, including plant sizing, production simulation (PVsyst/PVGIS), technical design report, layout drawings, single-line diagrams, electrical calculations, shading analysis, and structural calculations for the support structure.
EV Charging Infrastructure Projects
Charging infrastructure design in compliance with ITC-BT-52, including cable sizing, protection systems, individual metering schemes, community pre-installation design, and load management systems.
Electrical Installation Refurbishment
Projects for upgrading existing installations to current regulations, including diagnosis, new line calculations, protection sizing, and earthing system verification.
Low-Voltage Electrical Projects
Preparation of complete low-voltage electrical projects, including technical reports, supporting calculations such as voltage drop, current-carrying capacity, and short-circuit analysis, as well as drawings and cost estimates.
Vehicle Refurbishment and Conversion
Compliance reports for major vehicle modifications, including documentation for vehicle inspection authorities and the Spanish traffic authority. Nationwide service.
Commercial Activity Projects
Documentation for business opening permits, including compliance with CTE-DB SI for fire safety, CTE-DB SUA for accessibility, and applicable acoustic and environmental requirements.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
Building energy rating certification on the A-to-G scale, in accordance with Royal Decree 390/2021, including improvement proposals with estimated energy savings.
Technical and Economic Feasibility Studies
Analysis of PV generation, consumption curves, self-consumption forecasts, and calculation of NPV, IRR, payback period, and ROI.
Construction Supervision
Technical supervision of works in accordance with the approved design, including material quality control and verification of regulatory compliance.
Health and Safety Coordination
Preparation of Health and Safety Studies and Plans, together with coordination during both the design and execution phases.
